Dream Theatrical Agency

All students aged 6 years and over can join Dream Theatrical Agency whilst training with the Academy for professional TV and Theatre work. There is no upfront fee, to join our agency. Dream Theatrical Agency receives only the normal commission of 20% of the gross rate.

All students who wish to join the agency must join The Spotlight. Spotlight is an independent casting service used by most TV, Film, Radio and Theatrical companies throughout the UK, and many worldwide. Casting directors and producers select clients from Spotlight through our agency including organisations such as the BBC, Sky and Channel 4 through to small production companies and individual casting directors. Without an entry in Spotlight, we are not able to offer students professional engagements. Spotlight charges an annual fee, this fee goes directly to Spotlight. Photographs and cvs are updated annually and casting departments cross-reference our suggestions for parts before calling students to audition.
